Our native wildflower meadow is filled each September (in our 7a gardening zone) with yellow blossoms. It is a stunning sight. I fill vases with all of the blooms I want, and still there are many more in the meadow. The wildflowers spread by seed, but I notice they clump together and are not a ‘native invasive,’ as in, they don’t take over too much. The pollinators, naturally, love these flowers! One plant has several flower heads – the flowers sort of ‘spray’ off the main stem.
Full sun.
You’ll receive 20 Narrowleaf Sunflower seeds that were hand-collected in the most recent fall season from our native wildflower meadow
